Privacy Policy

This policy explains how The New Concord Info-Tech International Ltd (RC 1787616) collects, uses and retains personal data submitted through this website. It is written to meet our obligations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, company or organisation, role, email address, telephone number, location, and the details of your enquiry. For explosives enquiries we also collect your end-user licence or permit number, which we are required to verify before supplying regulated products.

Why we collect it

We process this data to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and — where the enquiry concerns explosives — to satisfy our regulatory obligation to supply only to licensed end users. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Records relating to explosives transactions are retained for the period required by Nigerian explosives regulations.

Who else sees it

Enquiry submissions are delivered to our own email systems. We do not sell personal data. We disclose it to regulators only where we are legally required to do so.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not legally required to retain it. Write to enquiries@thenewconcord.com.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Where we use a strictly necessary cookie — for example to remember that you dismissed an announcement — it stores no personal data.
